REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
For purchases using our Shopping Cart, we will honor your request for a refund made within 48 hours of your purchase when the order hasn’t been shipped.
For orders shipped, refunds will be honored only if the item is defective and unused once the item is received in unused / undamaged condition.
